One of the widest and most comfortable Varna beaches is the one in Asparuhovo suburb. It is situated along the way to Galata.
Over a kilometer long, wide over 100m in places, the beach is known for its extremely fine sand, shallow and calm waters and a panoramic view to the city of Varna. The beach strip begins from the sea-lake canal area and ends at “Karantinata” fishing port bordering “Karantinata” park.
At the beach paid accessories such as sunbeds and parasols are available as well as water attractions and sports grounds. There is also an easy access for disabled visitors.
The fishing village nearby offers you delicious fresh fish and mussels and gives the beach a certain charm.

If you go to Asparuhovo beach by car you could park on “Parvi mai” Blvd.
If you go by public bus lines (17, 17a, 46, 60 to bus stops “Parvi may”, “Sokol” and “Orel”) you will reach the beach crossing the “Asparuhov” park.
